Revolutionary Home Health Aides work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse or therapist. They provide intermittent care to patients that are receiving skilled nursing care or some other form of therapy.
Home Health Aide Assistance Include:

Bathing and Dressing the Patient
Provide Skin, Hair and Mouth Care
Assist the patient in walking and exercising
Assist the patient to prepare meals
Incontinence and Catheter Care
Laundry and simple cleaning to maintain a safe environment for the patient
Emotional and Social Support
Observing and checking patient’s respiration, temperature and pulse rate.

The assistance provided by the Home Health Aide is reviewed by a licensed nurse or therapist on a regular basis. The licensed nurse of therapists in turn develops and updates the patient’s plan of care in consultation with the patient’s physician.

The Olyphant Home Health Agency provides home care to the residents of Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming Counties.
